Our Hassle-Free Return Process

At Time Boutique Jewelers, Inc., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We ship all items promptly via priority next business day delivery to street addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii, as well as internationally to most countries.

Eligibility for Return and Exchange

You have the peace of mind knowing that you can return or exchange your purchased items within 14 business days from the date of receipt. We kindly advise that all custom-made items and products marked as "Final Sale" are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We regretfully cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges for these specific items.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the items must be in their original, unworn condition, and include all the original packaging and materials. Make sure to ship the items back to us within 3 business days of the return request.

Simple Return Process

Once we receive your returned items at our office, we will promptly process the exchange or issue a full refund. Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed after our Quality Assurance department completes the inspection of the returned item.

Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare event that your package or item arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately. For damaged or missing items, it is essential to report the issue within 5 days of receiving your order. We kindly request you to understand that Time Boutique Jewelers, Inc. cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments during the return process.

Timely Processing

We understand that you may be eager to have the return or exchange process completed. Our team works diligently to process returns during weekdays as soon as the items are received at our office. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow an average of 1 week for the complete processing of your return.

Quality Assurance Review

Our Quality Assurance department will thoroughly review the returned item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for return or exchange. Please keep in mind that items showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage cannot be accepted for return.

Final Refund Processing Following the Quality Assurance review, you can expect your refund to be processed within an additional 2-3 business days.
